写本文的目的，不是宣传蒙脱石到底有多好，目前市场上针对蒙脱石有不同看法，尤其是脱霉剂用量较大，某些企业过大宣传蒙脱石的脱霉效果，适得其反，其实蒙脱石的使用主要在于消化道疾病方面的使用，医药蒙脱石（思密达）各大医院使用广泛，且效果无可替代，却在猪病方面的使用一直未被重视，研究开发单位投入精力较少，作者从事猪病多年来，在蒙脱石使用方面有个人见解，不到之处，望斧正！
蒙脱石是一种消化道粘膜保护剂，各大医院早有研究与应用，主要用于腹泻。
其药理作用：
1、覆盖消化道，与粘膜蛋白结合，增强粘膜屏障作用；
2、促进消化道上皮细胞的恢复和再生，改善细胞正常的吸收与分泌功能；
3、平衡寄生菌丛，提高消化道的免疫功能；
4、激活凝血因子，具有消化道局部止血作用。
作者治疗猪病经验分享
1、断奶仔猪腹泻：发病原因一般由断奶应激所致，偶尔伴随细菌感染，发病快，死亡快，一般来不及治疗就死亡，
预防：断奶前3天用蒙脱石3-5克，配合教槽料一起饲喂，发病率减少60%以上；
腹泻治疗：蒙脱石3-5克，配合肠道抗菌药（诺氟沙星、新霉素等），添加一定比例的酶制剂，同时减少饲料饲喂量，有脱水的猪饮水中添加口服补液盐，一般2-3天拉稀即可停止，控制腹泻速度快。
2、大猪的霉菌毒素引起的腹泻：建议猪场购买便宜的脱霉剂，每吨饲料添加5公斤，两天腹泻即可解决。
3、母猪胃溃疡或胃粘膜出血：蒙脱石配合雷尼替丁，治疗胃溃疡效果可观，预防胃溃疡，单独的蒙脱石就可以。
4、蒙脱石配合阿莫西林，治疗仔猪黄白痢，治愈率比单独使用抗生素效果要好很多，病程短，见效快。
5、流行性腹泻：目前没有太好办法，只能维持治疗，重在预防母猪怀孕期的疾病发生，如便秘、产程过长、难产后的消炎与护理，蒙脱石针对仔猪7日龄内的流行性腹泻可有效保护肠粘膜，减少脱落速度，如能护理得当，对治愈率帮助很大。
6、蒙脱石跟阿司匹林等解热镇痛类药物联用，可减少药物的胃肠道反应，且不影响药物的吸收。
