【技术】浅谈脱除霉菌毒素类添加剂的作用机理和区别

人们在尝试过多种处理霉菌毒素方法之后,现在越来越倾向于采用饲料中添加霉菌毒素处理剂的方式来解决霉菌毒素问题,但目前霉菌毒素吸附剂种类繁多,其主要成分和处理机制也各有不同,各有利弊。


  1 、活性炭和一些高聚合物


  活性炭是一种具有比表面积高的多孔不溶性物质;聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮 (PVPP)是一种具有良好的吸附性不溶性高分子多孔两性聚合物,因此两者成为一些处理剂的成分。体外试验表明活性炭和PVPP等对毒素有较好的吸附作用,但在体内的效果得不到验证,而且其作用机理是物理吸附,对饲料中的某些营养成分有较强吸附作用,因此聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮和活性炭逐渐淡出人们的视野。


  2、 铝硅酸盐类


  大多数霉菌毒素处理剂的主要成分都是非金属无机矿物,如沸石、凹凸棒土、膨润土、蒙脱石、硅藻土、海泡石等等不同类型的硅铝酸盐,这是因为其具有良好的电负性和多孔性特性。这种特性使得一些品质好的铝硅酸盐类对黄曲霉毒素B1有较好的吸附能力,但经江苏奥迈试验对其它几种霉菌毒素吸附效果比较微弱。这些硅铝酸盐对极性毒素的吸附力很大程度上取决于其阳离子交换量的多少、比表面积尤其是内比表面积,江苏奥迈科技收集不同来源的天然硅铝酸盐样品并进行检测分析,发现绝大多数天然的矿物样品的CEC很难超过60 mmol/100g,同时发现大多数天然的矿物样品的重金属含量都超过GB/T 22144-2008 天然矿物质饲料通则的要求,增加了饲料安全风险。


  3 、聚糖类物质


  聚糖类物质因于其巨大的表面积和众多的化学键而成为很多霉菌毒素处理剂的主要成分,江苏奥迈科技通过电子显微镜扫描聚糖类物质也证实了这一观点。然而聚糖类物质的负面效应是:化学键易受复杂消化道环境的影响,使得其真正体内吸附效果难于评价。Zaghini等(2005)在含有2.5mmol/LAFB1的蛋鸡日粮中添加0.11%的甘露聚糖,结果表明甘露聚糖能够吸附AFB1,可降低胃肠道对AFB1的吸附和其在组织中的水平,但也有研究表明一些细胞壁多糖水解物的生产成本高,而且实际使用效果并不稳定(Danicke, et al, 2004)。


  4、 酶解和生物转化方式的处理剂


  有人提出用酶解和生物转化方式来解决饲料霉菌毒素问题,这是一个有意义和开发前景的方法,但这涉及到酶工程、基因工程等研究手段,因此大部分工作仍停留在研究阶段。有研究发现乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、白腐真菌、假密环菌及黑曲霉等菌株具有解毒作用,但又有研究发现某些通常认为是安全的微生物可能在特定条件下产生有毒代谢物,一些毒素被降解后其产物仍有毒性或毒性更大。另外,一些研究也证明了霉菌毒素是可以通过生物酶降解作用得以去除的,陈仪本提出应用生物学方法降解毒素的技术关键在于:筛选出能产高活性解毒酶的菌株、在原料中创造一个有利于酶促反应的含水微环境,但这个微环境难以促成。因此,霉菌毒素酶解和生物降解方法需要具备很多前提条件,包括酶解条件、产物、未知危害等。


  就目前而言,对天然硅铝酸盐分子结构进行针对性处理是改善其吸附选择性和吸附能力、同时广泛研究和筛选霉菌毒素亲和物质、或者抵抗霉菌毒素给机体带来的损伤、氧化等作用的物质,或者促动动物代谢循环和解毒的活性物质等等都是相对有效的措施。江苏奥迈深入研究天然硅铝酸盐的理化特性,筛选具有良好吸附特性的矿物进行特殊的改性处理,同时配合特定的生物活性物质使得产品在吸附力、亲水疏水性、吸附选择性、协助动物机体解毒上都有针对性优化,是解决饲料霉菌毒素污染风险的一个良好对策。

4, enzymatic hydrolysis and biological transformation way of treatment
